Financial Profile
See why we have the highest, 4-star rating from Charity Navigator!
We do all we can to keep our administrative and fundraising costs low. We are proud to say that we have consistently devoted over 80% of our expenses to research and programming that will help us find the cure for Progeria. According to the Standards for Charity Accountability, non-profits should spend at least 65% on program activities, so we are far above that figure and always striving to make it higher.
PRF’s fiscal responsibility has been a key factor in attaining a coveted 4-star rating with Charity Navigator, America’s premier independent nonprofit evaluator. Their in-depth, objective analysis revealed PRF’s strong financial and organizational status: “PRF adheres to good governance and other best practices”, the review panel noted, “and consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way.” Please click here to review details on our four star rating.
